How much is delivery?
UK standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship to Europe and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Import duties may apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@rexgadgets.co.uk. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
Returns & warranty
What is your returns policy?
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued once the item arrives at our warehouse and usually take 3–5 working days to reach your original payment method.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Items bought from our store come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page.

Our USB-C chargers and cables work with iPhone 15/16 and later, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other USB-C devices. Each product page lists compatible devices. If you're unsure, ask us before you buy.
